Rostovtzeff identified the figure on side a as a dolphin, but it might equally be a simpulum (depending on whether the die axis is 12 or 6). The only known specimen is BMCRLT 1513. Rostovtzeff suggested that side b carried the image of a palm branch, but the image is closer to that of a vessel.
