read the inscription as L. Plotius Vicinus on the obverse and Luceriae on the reverse.The Plotii are known from the Republican
and imperial era, including a Lucius Plotius Vicinas (proconsul in Crete and Cyrenaica, RE 14, CIL IX 935).
