Description: Tindari (Messina, Sicily): found in the Greek and Roman necropolis in 1896 by Antonino Salinas and reported in the journal
of excavations.
Note: The reverse shows the inventory number, probably written by Paolo Orsi (blank ink). The token was donated to the Museum of
Syracuse in April 1917 by Michele Cammisa, a priest working at Tindari. The artefact is now stored at the local Antiquarium
of Tindari.
